📋 Description

• Source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases and professional networks. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates. • Headhunt specialist talent using creative and targeted search techniques. • Conduct market mapping to identify potential candidates for current and future vacancies. • Conduct telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability. • Qualify candidates against role requirements and present shortlisted candidates to the Recruitment Consultant. • Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Manage candidate expectations with professionalism and clear communication. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS and CRM. • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications. • Ensure recruitment documentation and candidate information are completed accurately. • Support recruitment campaigns and ongoing talent pipeline management. • Assist with market research and talent mapping projects. • Provide recruitment intelligence and market insights. • Support business development initiatives through proactive candidate engagement. • Work closely with the Recruitment Consultant to deliver an outstanding recruitment service.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years' experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Researcher or Recruitment Coordinator. • Previous experience supporting permanent recruitment assignments. • International recruitment experience, preferably within the UK or US markets. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • A confident and professional telephone manner. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • The ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms. • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
