β€’ Build and execute B2B demand generation strategies focused on qualified pipeline creation β€’ Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns across Paid Search, LinkedIn Ads, ABM initiatives, and more β€’ Partner closely with sales leadership on target account strategy and lead quality feedback loops β€’ Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns β€’ Improve nurture strategies by vertical, buyer stage, and intent signals β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally to translate strategy into actionable plans

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation β€’ Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads β€’ Proficiency in Performance marketing and Revenue marketing β€’ Experience managing campaigns tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes β€’ Strong understanding of offline conversions and attribution modeling β€’ Must be fluent in English β€’ Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms required
