📋 Description

• Own Render’s content gap analysis using AEO benchmarks, citation tracking, and AI agent traffic data • Identify where Render is missing, incorrect, or out-cited in LLM answers and prioritize content gaps • Build and maintain a prioritized backlog across articles, guides, and documentation • Build and improve AI-assisted content pipelines on Render Workflows for research, drafting, fact-checking, and publishing • Test content-pipeline changes with evals and maintain system reliability as output grows • Own the expert review loop, tracking factual accuracy and improving review efficiency • Run content refresh cycles to keep pages accurate as the product changes • Manage day-to-day work with external content partners, including briefs, feedback, quality, and output • Partner with documentation owners to expand coverage that drives citations • Define and report metrics showing content impact on Render visibility and signups • Size the long tail of developer questions where Render should be cited and create coverage plans • Add automated fact-checking against live Render documentation • Build systems that flag stale content when the product changes • Run recurring surveys of LLM answers to measure Render visibility and competing citations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical content, developer education, content engineering, or software engineering with a strong content focus • Working understanding of AEO or generative engine optimization (GEO) and how answer engines choose sources • Strong working knowledge of AI agents, including coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor • Knowledge of agent workloads, including long-running tasks, tool calls, and sandboxed code execution • Experience building content systems in code, including scripts, pipelines, LLM and agent workflows • Experience using evals to understand the effects of changes • Comfortable with Python or TypeScript, Git, and APIs • Strong technical judgment for reviewing documentation and code samples • Strong editorial judgment • Ability to own a system end to end and hold external partners to a quality bar • Experience with SEO or programmatic content at scale, especially for developer audiences (nice-to-have) • Experience with LLM benchmarking or answer-engine measurement (nice-to-have) • Experience building agents or MCP servers (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with cloud hosting, deployment, or infrastructure products (nice-to-have) • Experience using Render (nice-to-have) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • New visa sponsorship generally unavailable; existing visa transfers require business authorization
