• Lead the growth strategy and own outcomes for a focused portfolio of 2–3 enterprise accounts • Define account growth goals covering philanthropic gift volume, product module adoption, financial advisor penetration, and other metrics • Build, test, refine, and execute account-specific growth plans within responsible risk parameters • Develop quantitative firm-specific growth models using data, NPS, focus groups, experimentation, and customer feedback loops • Evaluate and sequence growth initiatives based on opportunity size, strategic fit, resources, and risk/return trade-offs • Cultivate executive-level relationships across client leadership, business units, regional leadership, operations, technology, and philanthropy teams • Track and manage stakeholders, including influencers, champions, and decision-makers • Advise client leadership on competitive landscape, organizational goals, and philanthropic strategy • Build business cases with client stakeholders for incremental investment in giving-related integrations • Map end-to-end user journeys to identify financial-advisor workflow integration opportunities • Partner with product and operations teams to develop client-shaped workflow solutions and drive adoption • Engage client operations, technology, and business leaders in designing and implementing integrations • Translate client feedback into product roadmap input and close the delivery loop • Coordinate cross-functionally across marketing, field/relationship teams, analytics, product, and operations • Build account-level reporting and dashboards covering account health, growth trajectory, risks, and mitigation • Coordinate with product marketing, charitable strategists, and operations leads to ensure go-to-client readiness
• Bachelor's degree in business management, sales, or another related field • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise growth, strategic account management, or management consulting • Meaningful exposure to financial institutions, fintech, or financial services • Experience in regulated environments preferred • In-depth understanding of how operations and product capabilities translate into growth • Demonstrated ownership of growth outcomes in complex, high-value accounts • Ability to connect client needs to internal capabilities and drive execution • Strong analytical mindset, including modeling growth opportunities, assessing resource trade-offs, and building rigorous business cases • Exceptional executive presence and comfort with C-suite engagement and high-stakes presentations • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and informal authority • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations, move from strategy to execution, and navigate fintech compliance and operational constraints
