Rentana is an AI-powered revenue intelligence platform for multifamily real estate operators. The platform provides predictive analytics, AI-driven pricing recommendations, renewal optimization, amenity and specials pricing, automated reporting, and fast property onboarding to help asset managers, third-party managers, and owners make data-driven pricing and revenue decisions across portfolios. Rentana emphasizes ease of use, integrations with legacy systems, SOC 2 Type II security compliance, and measurable outcomes (e. g. , faster pricing workflows, occupancy and NOI improvements).

📋 Description

• Own and manage one or more product areas, defining requirements and priorities for product improvements and new capabilities • Work with the Chief Product Officer to develop and maintain the product roadmap • Prioritize work based on customer needs, strategic goals, and engineering capacity • Translate customer feedback and feature requests into product requirements and actionable development plans • Collaborate with engineering and product design to scope projects, refine solutions, and guide development through launch • Coordinate product execution from concept through release, including planning, testing, and beta-to-general-availability transitions • Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback from Customer Success and Sales • Analyze product usage, customer workflows, and market trends to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities • Help establish and improve product development processes as Rentana scales

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B SaaS or data-driven software products • Strong ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into clear product requirements and development plans • Experience working closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and manage product execution • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams • Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Experience working on analytics platforms, pricing software, or other data-heavy applications is nice to have • Experience building products used by operators, analysts, or technical business users is nice to have • Familiarity with the multifamily housing or proptech industries is nice to have • Experience working at an early-stage or high-growth startup is nice to have • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
