📋 Description
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email • Conduct sales through available digital channels • Manage complaints and provide timely solutions • Provide support and monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) • Deliver warm, effective, and solution-oriented customer service across various digital channels
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish • Service-oriented attitude and customer focus • Strong writing, spelling, and reading comprehension skills • Ability to multitask • Organization and attention to detail • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proficiency with digital tools • Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes and rotating shifts • At least 2 years of Contact Center experience
