📋 Description

• Assist Client Service management • Provide client service associates with additional assistance, side-by-side coaching, ongoing training and development • Co-facilitate new hire and recurrent training • Cultivate and maintain functional partnerships and client relationships • Create and execute individualized training plans for underperforming client service colleagues • Perform side-by-side listening of associate calls and review emails, portals, cases, and overall performance • Provide real-time associate coaching and development • Participate in recruiting activities and assist with candidate interviews • Facilitate recognition programs and organize center activities • Assist in ensuring sensitivity, proper routing, and responsiveness to customer requirements • Complete assigned weekly calls, emails, and cases for review • Complete weekly coaching one-on-ones with assigned colleagues • Maintain availability to support team chats and respond to incoming contacts during high SLA demand

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum six months in a client service position • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong familiarity with National Accounts • Previous leadership experience is a plus • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Basic knowledge of Google, Salesforce, and NA systems • Exceptional organizational skills • Self-motivated and self-starting • Ability to coach and mentor • Results-oriented approach • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Demonstrated leadership at all levels • Positive, professional behavior • Ability to work under pressure • Effective presentation skills • Ability to manage time • Strong work ethic • Sound judgment • Detail-oriented • Highest standards of integrity • Ability to build enduring, trusting relationships across key stakeholders • High School Diploma
