📋 Description

• Support website and eCommerce content strategies that align with organizational goals and digital marketing initiatives. • Partner with Digital Marketing leadership to support the ongoing optimization and day-to-day operations of the Shopify eCommerce experience. • Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, creative, product, analytics, and operations teams. • Optimize website and eCommerce experiences for SEO, AI search visibility, UI/UX, accessibility, and conversion performance. • Utilize analytics and AI-driven insights to inform content and eCommerce optimization decisions. • Ensure consistency in content structure, product presentation, branding, and overall digital experience standards. • Support ongoing testing and optimization efforts to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. • Stay current with SEO, AI search trends, generative AI tools, UI/UX best practices, and evolving digital experience technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field • 3 to 6 years of experience in website management, eCommerce, digital experience, or content operations roles • Experience supporting Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms • Experience working within CMS and DXP platforms such as Pimcore, WordPress, or similar systems • Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AI search optimization strategies • Experience with analytics platforms such as GA4, Power BI, and eCommerce reporting tools • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for content and workflow optimization • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable optimization recommendations • Experience supporting personalization, UI/UX, and conversion optimization initiatives preferred • Strong attention to detail, organization, and process management skills • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Experience working in cross-functional and global environments is a plus.
