• Develop and execute a global Integrated Solutions growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives and regional commercial priorities. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional Business Development Managers. • Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, performance management, and ongoing coaching. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership to identify market opportunities and accelerate growth. • Drive adoption of integrated bioprocess workflow solutions. • Establish and monitor KPIs, pipeline health metrics, forecasting accuracy, and commercial performance. • Meet or exceed annual bookings, revenue, and profitability objectives. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at leading biopharmaceutical organizations. • Lead executive-level customer engagements, negotiations, and strategic account planning. • Develop partnership strategies with customers, engineering firms, system integrators, and other ecosystem partners. • Guide identification, qualification, and advancement of complex solution-selling opportunities. • Support customized integrated workflow solutions addressing customer business, operational, and technical challenges. • Partner with Proposal Management, Project Management, Field Applications Scientists, and Service teams to ensure deal execution, project delivery, customer adoption, and customer success. • Expand opportunity scope through strategic positioning of Repligen's integrated solutions portfolio. • Serve as an executive escalation point for critical customer issues. • Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer success. • Maintain an industry network to identify opportunities, technology trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic partnerships. • Represent Repligen at conferences, customer meetings, and industry events. • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to Product Management and R&D. • Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to inform commercial strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred. • 12+ years of progressively responsible commercial sales experience within the biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries. • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-product, enterprise-level solution sales initiatives while driving business growth and customer value creation. • Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, talent development, organizational capability building, and leading high-performing teams. • Deep understanding of bioprocessing operations, including process development, manufacturing, scale-up, automation, commissioning, qualification, validation, and GMP environments. • Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Ability to build trust, influence decisions, and drive alignment across stakeholders. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority in a highly matrixed global environment. • Strong business acumen, financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities. • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills. • Located near a major biopharmaceutical hub or key customer decision-making center. • Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 50%. • Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and senior business leaders. • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to represent Repligen at the highest levels of customer organizations and industry forums. • Results-oriented leader with strong collaboration, accountability, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering business outcomes. • Self-motivated and capable of operating effectively in a highly matrixed global environment. • Demonstrated commitment to customer focus, continuous learning, innovation, and developing people. • Valid passport and driver's license required.
