📋 Description

• Work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while following management guidance, team expectations, and customer communication standards • Communicate with customers primarily through text-based channels • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and objections through clear, professional written messages • Support customers who have started the application process with education and next-step guidance • Tailor messaging to customer needs and available lending options • Build customer rapport and trust through friendly, polished, and persuasive writing • Guide customers through loan applications, including verifying information, assisting with document uploads, answering questions, and addressing objections • Maintain accurate notes and documentation in internal systems • Manage multiple customer conversations and application tasks while meeting service, quality, and response-time expectations • Complete sales and product training • Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal lending laws and compliance guidelines • Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics and use feedback and coaching to improve communication, sales effectiveness, and customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of consumer lending products, credit reporting, and underwriting support functions • 1–2 years of experience in a call center setting, preferably with a dialer system or handling high-volume calls • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies • Knowledge of sales and customer service techniques and principles • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills/tactics • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment • Proficient computer skills • Self-motivated and performance-oriented • Ability to adapt to changing sales scenarios and customer needs • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of credit bureau reporting • Availability for weekday evening, night, and weekend shifts • Ability to consistently work Monday–Friday approximately 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. CST, Saturday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CST, and Sunday 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. CST • Must reside in an approved location by the start date
