📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing Data Operations team through coaching, mentorship, and performance development • Oversee the reliability, availability, and quality of enterprise data through effective management of data pipelines, integrations, and operational processes • Ensure data governance standards, policies, and best practices are in place • Partner with Engineering, Reporting, Analytics, and business leaders to prioritize and deliver data processes and efficiencies • Drive automation, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives • Oversee performance, scalability, and security of data platforms and tools • Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and resolution of data-related issues • Define and monitor key operational metrics and service levels

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data operations, analytics engineering, or a related technical discipline • 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams and developing team members • Expertise with SQL Server data platforms, ETL/ELT, services, and scheduling (SQL Server required) • Expertise with cloud-based data platforms and services (Azure or Fabric required) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights • Experience within financial services, lending, fintech, or other highly regulated industries preferred • Experience in a Data Operations role as a lead or manager preferred
