📋 Description

• Configure and support complex software application issues experienced by end users • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and assigned functional business areas for routine application configuration improvement projects • Diagnose and resolve complex software application issues escalated by other members of the software application team • Ensure accurate and effective solutions are provided to end users • Engage IT and business resources to resolve technical issues and support business processes • Coach and mentor newer or less experienced team members • Perform IT-related activities for projects supporting company priorities • Identify and recommend system modifications to reduce user issues • Document issues and resolutions using the incident tracking system • Communicate new support issues to the team, peers, and management • Document processes and procedures for training IT teams and end users

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of business systems analytical experience, including the ability to flow chart processes • 2 years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) • Experience working with an off-shore development and QA team • Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals • 2 - 4 years of experience with administrating and supporting end user applications • This position is not sponsorship eligible
