📋 Description

• Manage and maintain a workload of approximately 10,000 accounts with a monthly revenue of $2.5 million • Review and ensure accuracy of customer accounts and charges to be invoiced • Create customized invoices based on customer contracts, including PDF and Excel formats • Research invoicing disputes and process manual A/R adjustments as needed • Analyze and reconcile complicated transactions to ensure account compliance with contracts • Work with the Collections team to identify and resolve billing-related issues and ensure clean aging • Resolve requests received through multiple ticketing systems in a timely manner • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High-level attention to detail and accuracy • 2 years of experience in a billing/accounting related role with strong numerical skills • 3 years of experience with MS Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups • Ability to analyze large amounts of data
