📋 Description

• Collect past due balances on assigned accounts • Build lasting relationships with customers and internal parties • Minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Over 90-day delinquencies • Perform collection activities on invoices and recycle hauls • Contact customers and providers regarding outstanding balances • Reconcile and research accounts internally and externally • Resolve disputed balances through research and communication • Document actions taken on customer accounts • Provide customer service regarding collection status and information requests • Prepare weekly follow-up reports on credit and collection activity • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent

🎯 Requirements

• Experience collecting for high dollar accounts • Minimum of 2 years of collections or relevant experience • This position is not sponsorship eligible
