📋 Description

• Process and resolve customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner • Provide solutions while demonstrating empathy, professionalism and respect • Respond primarily to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls as needed • Input standard customer requests into Company systems • Obtain cross-functional assistance to resolve issues • Log and record customer support interactions • Enter service and route data for billing and route scheduling • Maintain quality, productivity and efficiency consistent with continuous quality improvement • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (listed under qualifications) • High School diploma or G.E.D. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or other customer service related environment • Knowledge of the waste management industry • Experience using bilingual skills in a business environment • Experience working in a team environment • Ability to manage a high volume of phone interactions in a fast-paced environment • Must be able to work 2 Saturdays a quarter, Saturday 8am–12pm CST • Must be able to work any 8-hour shift between 6am CST and 6pm CST • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
