📋 Description

• Ensure effective IT operations of field locations in alignment with Republic Services’ business objectives • Plan, coordinate, and implement IT-related activities and projects according to company standards • Provide level two support for WANs, LANs, field servers, and specific field applications • Provide on-call and on-site support/remediation as required • Liaise between field staff, management, vendors, and Corporate IT • Identify, implement, and report proactive solutions that reduce costs or improve operational efficiencies • Participate in installation, replacement, and disposal of field computer hardware • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure at field locations • Troubleshoot and administer Cisco VOIP phone system installations, including user additions, changes, and moves • Coordinate with third-party consultants as required • Manage vendor relationships for IT services, cabling, hardware, software, and IT supplies • Provide timely activity reports as directed by management • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of computer network experience • Experience with Cisco VOIP/UCCE • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification • 2–4 years of experience supporting a decentralized IT environment, including end-user systems, local infrastructure, and overall IT services
