📋 Description

• Assist the Senior Procurement Data Analyst and/or Category leaders with stakeholder needs analyses • Collect and analyze data from disparate sources • Perform market and industry trend analysis • Evaluate supply sources • Prepare and communicate results to stakeholders • Coordinate supplier management activities • Perform price and cost analysis supporting total cost of ownership analysis • Maintain and interpret spend and savings data to measure supplier performance and identify trends and gaps • Contribute to selection and management of key suppliers through analysis, evaluation and documentation • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and suppliers • Uncover issues, evaluate courses of action, and promote the best option for resolution • Compile large amounts of data and apply statistical techniques to forecast, interpret, and quantify trends • Obtain data for cost analysis studies and conduct spend analysis to support sourcing activities • Analyze and recommend alternative sources or materials to reduce cost • Support sourcing initiatives and research to develop the supply base • Identify and analyze data to derive insights and turn data into actionable information • Conduct moderately complex spend analyses using intermediate to advanced analytical modeling techniques • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent

🎯 Requirements

• Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Lean Sigma experience • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet and database management tools • Advanced MS Excel skills including VBA programming, macros, and advanced formulas • Experience with intermediate SQL querying • Experience with MS PowerPoint and Access and eProcurement systems • Experience analyzing and documenting medium to complex business processes or problems using intermediate to advanced statistical and analytical modeling techniques • Focus on detail, cost drivers, and total cost of ownership • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with customers and stakeholders • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships while maintaining a high sense of urgency and customer focus • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects or tasks with varying and sometimes competing timelines • 2–4 years of supply chain and/or equivalent experience
