📋 Description

• Liaise between the direct fulfillment program manager, demand planners, and the DB Schenker BTS fulfillment site • Ensure demand planning commitments remain within agreed product lead times • Resolve material-delivery delays and manage delivery-order lead times • Expedite SAP delivery orders with internal and external partners • Review customer build/ship plans against delivery-date commitments • Identify continuous-improvement opportunities and develop project plans and proposals through completion • Manage site dock operations, safety procedures, training documentation, material disposition, and tracking • Manage dock leads during business hours and ensure site processes are followed • Serve as backup for the build supervisor and learn systems, spreadsheets, and processes • Support new-building startups, including safety compliance, area setup, customer-team coordination, construction coordination, and deliveries • Compile and present data for manager meetings and identify material-related financial and efficiency improvements • Coordinate warehouse planning and prioritization of inbound and outbound material • Manage work tickets for material movement and re-inventory • Assist with onboarding and training new material planners • Improve training documentation and develop training opportunities • Assist with payroll/HR issues and interviews when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required • Generally, 5+ years of related experience preferred • Knowledge of SAP delivery orders • Ability to manage material planning, delivery lead times, dock operations, safety procedures, training documentation, payroll/HR issues, and interview processes • Ability to prepare and present data concisely • Ability to coordinate inbound and outbound material, direct deliveries, and drop trailers • Ability to administer on-the-job training sessions • Ability to work in the USA - VIRTUAL - US Georgia location
