📋 Description

• Serve as liaison between the direct fulfillment program manager, demand planners, and the DB Schenker BTS fulfillment site • Ensure demand-planning commitments meet agreed product lead times • Resolve material-delivery delays and manage customer delivery-order lead times • Expedite SAP delivery orders with internal and external partners • Review customer build/ship plans against delivery commitments • Identify and complete continuous-improvement projects • Manage dock operations, safety procedures, training documentation, and material tracking • Serve as backup for the build supervisor and support department operations • Assist with new-building startups, including safety procedures, site setup, and coordination with customer teams and construction • Prepare and present data for manager meetings • Coordinate inbound and outbound material planning with warehouse personnel • Manage material-movement work tickets and re-inventory processes • Onboard and train new material planners and improve training documentation • Assist with payroll/HR issues, interviews, and on-the-job training

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required • Generally, 5+ years of related experience preferred • Ability to manage SAP delivery orders • Ability to coordinate procurement, material planning, warehouse, dock, and fulfillment operations • Ability to compile, analyze, and present data concisely • Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures • Ability to train and onboard team members • Ability to assist with payroll/HR issues and interviews
