📋 Description

• Discover, document, and support the design of effective processes, procedures, and methods • Partner with transactional teams and functional leaders on prioritized projects and initiatives • Plan, execute, and monitor projects, including reporting on milestones and expected results • Evaluate financial metrics, project risks, and milestones to support portfolio success • Support decision-making related to process documentation and design • Define project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables • Provide change management support and guidance for business transitions • Analyze and report on measures of success and adoption • Establish relationships with internal customers • Support transactional teams with financial metrics, status updates, and risk analysis • Complete current-state and future-state process mapping • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of work experience participating in enterprise level, multi-departmental projects, or related experience • 4 years of work experience involving business process implementation, certification, project management or change management • Proficient in MS Office suite • Strong presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to quickly build relationships and trust • Experience with process documentation and design • Established understanding of financial principles and cost-effective strategy • Experience in data reporting with aptitude in quantitative analysis • Process and results orientation for setting and pursuing aggressive goals • Creative thinking to challenge conventional solutions • Strong understanding of process implications on larger business needs and issues • Ability to plan, monitor and implement projects using timely and cost-effective methods • Ability to identify needed information, obtain it from appropriate sources, and pose effective questions • This is a remote role physically based in Arizona • Position is not sponsorship eligible
