📋 Description

• Handle a high volume of primarily outbound calls to ensure patients receive healthcare supplies • Create and submit patient orders • Accurately complete account updates • Manage multiple systems simultaneously • Partner with internal teams to resolve patient and order-related issues • Meet performance goals for productivity, quality, and service excellence • Perform additional duties as assigned • Handle 100+ calls daily and maintain an average talk time of four minutes • Deliver exceptional customer service and support positive patient experiences • Manage patient orders accurately and maintain strong attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Customer-focused approach • Self-motivated and adaptable • Ability to troubleshoot and navigate changing priorities • Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and data entry quality • Ability to handle 100+ calls daily • Ability to maintain an average talk time of four minutes • Ability to meet sales-per-hour targets • Fully remote U.S. work location • HIPAA-compliant work environment • Hardwired Ethernet internet connection via cable or fiber • Minimum internet speeds of 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload • Availability for a fixed Monday–Friday, 40-hour schedule with an 8-hour shift between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST • Ability to complete training Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST during the first 30 days • Spanish bilingual proficiency is eligible for additional pay differential
