📋 Description

• Contact provider offices within 24 hours following lunches, breakfasts, or educational events conducted by Territory Managers • Introduce themselves as a dedicated growth resource and answer high-level questions about solutions and services • Guide providers and office staff through submitting their first order • Remove adoption barriers and build provider confidence in using services • Follow up after the first completed order to secure a second order • Conduct monthly outreach to active ordering providers to strengthen relationships, understand utilization trends, identify growth opportunities, and increase ordering frequency • Contact inactive or lost ordering providers to understand disengagement, identify barriers, gather market intelligence, and reactivate accounts • Collaborate with Territory Managers on provider feedback, education opportunities, account-specific growth strategies, and transitions from initial engagement to ongoing utilization • Activate providers, generate repeat ordering behavior, increase utilization, and strengthen provider relationships

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2-4 years of experience in customer experience or sales support within home medical equipment, respiratory, or sleep diagnostic environments • Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach • Skilled at working across multiple systems and platforms with speed and accuracy • Resourcefulness, accountability, and initiative to handle challenges and follow through • Familiarity with DME operations, healthcare workflows, or similar is preferred but not mandatory
