📋 Description

• Independent, end-to-end management of multiple client accounts in CRM and email marketing • Designing, implementing and iterating flows and campaigns in Klaviyo • Analyzing performance data and deriving concrete, actionable optimizations • Making strategic decisions and representing them to clients and to me • Close collaboration with me on an equal footing — strategy and execution go hand in hand

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of demonstrable experience with Klaviyo in an e-commerce environment • Experience beyond standard welcome and abandoned flows — you’re also familiar with more complex cases • Deep understanding of how segmentation, timing, offers and design interact • Structured, independent working style without constant need for reassurance • Ability to justify decisions with solid reasoning and to stand behind them • Reads things thoroughly before starting (please include the sentence "E-Mail Marketing ist toll!" somewhere in your cover letter so we know you read this far)
