📋 Description

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations • Prepare journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities • Assist with the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations • Meet deadlines for financial reporting and management review • Support external auditors by providing requested documentation • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards • Report to the Controller

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance • 2 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions • Experience with an ERP system such as Sage Intacct preferred • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Ability to work independently on deliverables to achieve accurate results • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and maintain excellent communication regarding deliverables • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with senior management and others within the company
