📋 Description

• Design, document, and maintain Design System components and patterns • Define system governance, including change proposals, versioning, and communicating updates • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the accurate implementation of components in code • Identify gaps between design and development • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to integrate the Design System into campaign assets • Regularly audit system usage across product and marketing • Identify inconsistencies and opportunities for simplification • Scale the system across new workflows, platforms, and markets • Design high-quality product interfaces as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI Design • Ideally, experience leading or building a Design System from scratch or scaling an existing one • Previous experience in fintech and digital products • Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and shared libraries • Ability to communicate with technical teams about design tokens, reusable components, and implementation constraints • Experience collaborating with marketing or growth teams • Sound judgment in balancing consistency with flexibility • Self-directed and able to work 100% remotely as part of a team distributed across multiple countries
