📋 Description

• Serve as the external scientific face of Revance to Healthcare Professionals within an assigned territory • Develop and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders, academic centers, researchers, and other Healthcare Professionals • Facilitate information exchange, education, and research activities regarding current and future Revance therapies • Provide fair-balanced, objective scientific information and product education • Lead and execute field-based medical and scientific initiatives supporting Revance Therapeutics pipeline products • Identify and communicate medical/scientific insights, trends, competitive landscape, and stakeholder unmet needs • Capture and document strategic and novel field insights to refine company strategies • Maintain scientific, clinical, product, and emerging-science expertise related to botulinum toxin and cervical dystonia • Support clinical trial investigator interactions and investigator-initiated trial submissions • Represent Revance at continuing medical education events, medical congresses, roundtables, and advisory boards • Lead planning efforts for select medical congresses • Support commercial operations through Thought Leader Speaker and Internal Stakeholder Training • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, U.S. healthcare laws, regulations, and Medical Affairs direction • Maintain monthly expenses within assigned budget parameters and document activities accurately and timely • Lead or contribute to special projects and complete other activities assigned by Medical Affairs leadership

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, MD, PharmD, DO or other recognized doctorate level education • Minimum of 3 years MSL experience • Minimum of 5 years post professional degree, practice, or relevant transferrable experience (e.g., clinical practice, academic research, regulatory/scientific) • Expertise in neuromodulators, botulinum toxin, neurotoxins, movement disorders, and/or other relevant specialties preferred • Knowledge of customer segments and market dynamics within Movement disorders preferred • Highly-developed interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain credible medical/scientific relationships with Thought Leaders in Neurology and Physiatry preferred • Working knowledge of drug development, regulatory approval processes, clinical trial methodologies, and guidelines preferred • Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG, and other regulatory guidelines relating to compliant medical and scientific communications preferred • Exceptional interpersonal skills and high scientific and clinical acumen • High credibility and ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences • Scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge and/or experience preferred • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills preferred • Organizational, planning, and project management skills preferred • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM software preferred • Ability to travel > 50%, including overnight/weekend travel, preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license preferred
