📋 Description

• Provide fair, balanced, objective scientific information and education to opinion leaders, health care professionals, and internal partners • Serve as an established scientific and clinical knowledge lead for current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products within the therapeutic area • Stay current on scientific and treatment trends in relevant therapeutic areas • Provide research support for company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research • Build external relationships with key opinion leaders and health care providers • Develop and manage the geographical territory • Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, including educational activities with opinion leaders, health care professionals, institutions, and community practices • Collaborate compliantly with field-based partners to support healthcare providers and positively impact patients • Conduct activities in accordance with regulatory and healthcare compliance guidelines • Travel primarily throughout the assigned geography, with occasional travel outside the geography • Demonstrate strategic territory planning, strong scientific acumen, and relationship-building • Support department operations and internal partners

🎯 Requirements

• A PharmD, PhD, MD, NP or PA with 2+ years relevant neurology, immunology and/or neuromuscular experience • 2–4 years MSL experience, and/or 2–3 years relevant work experience (clinical or research experience) and/or related pharmaceutical work • Requires travel of approximately 60%, including overnight and weekend travel as needed • Valid driver’s license • Preferred: Launch experience in rare disease • Preferred: Significant experience giving presentations • Ability to conduct activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines • Foundational competencies in Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination
