📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance • Work with consumers toward payment or resolution • Use provided tools, knowledge, and training to become successful in the role

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Proficient in basic computer applications • Ability to learn new software quickly • Ability to actively listen and speak clearly • Schedule varies Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm • One (1) year Customer Service and/or Call Center experience preferred • Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills preferred
