📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day operational guidance by answering employee questions, client communication, and training. • Manage and audit client-specific tasks using process-specific methods. • Manage instructional account and workflow processes. • Assist the supervisor with department projects, including preparing daily reports, quality and production tracking, and time audit reports. • Conduct new-hire and on-the-job training and mentor new hires, including completing necessary tracking, progress, and status reports. • Meet with management to identify areas of opportunity in insurance specialist performance. • Provide information regarding account problems or personnel issues and follow company policies. • Answer account and inventory questions from representatives and research answers and solutions. • Assist with computer issues involving client systems, company systems, and payer websites; open IT Help Desk tickets as needed. • Correspond with and handle clients professionally as needed and directed by management. • Identify and keep work instructions up to date. • Help improve employee engagement and enrich employee morale. • Perform other client-specific daily tasks as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with Insurance Claims, Billing, and Insurance Follow-Up. • Detail oriented and correspond professionally. • Must have Anthem BCBS experience.
