🎯 Requirements

• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one • U.S. citizenship required • Computer and phone to service clients • Reliable internet connection • Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment • Coachable, disciplined, accountable, honest, and confident in communication • Passion for helping families make sound financial decisions • Willingness to grow into leadership over time • Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events
