📋 Description

• Facilitate the sales experience for prospective members • Handle inbound calls for individual vision insurance plans, dental insurance, and discount plans • Efficiently handle a large quantity of inbound sales calls • Identify opportunities to sell, up-sell, and cross-sell Careington products • Answer phone calls timely and address callers’ questions completely • Maintain thorough knowledge of sales campaigns running through the H.P.S.U • Handle insured and non-insured sales calls • Work with the team to exceed sales goals set by management • Participate in six weeks of initial remote training • Work post-training hours from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday with one day off, plus Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Texas, Alabama, North Carolina, Nevada, Florida, or Arizona • Current Group 1 Life & Health License required • Ability to be Certified for Medicare • Phone sales experience • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Self-motivated, commission-driven, and goal-oriented • Flexibility in scheduling • Ability to retain sales campaign knowledge and apply learned sales tactics • Ability to work independently and with others • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills • Professional phone demeanor and superb listening skills • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks • Ability to adapt to departmental changes • Group 1 Life & Health Licensed Agent • College degree preferred but not required • Interest and experience in inbound and outbound sales calls • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Applications • Ability to be Certified Agent for Medicare
