📋 Description

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to ensure maximum payment from insurance companies on behalf of hospitals and medical providers • Investigate and research commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid claims • Follow up on unresolved claims to facilitate payment • Maximize payments to medical-provider clients • Contribute to denial reports, audits, and overall team support • Participate actively in comprehensive training and ongoing performance tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid • Knowledge of filing correct UB04s and 1500 HCFAs with subrogation information to payers • Familiarity with billing health insurance related to auto accidents • Experience conducting timely follow-up to determine claim status and collect or provide information to resolve claims • Experience working in EPIC • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Technical proficiency working with multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously • Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment with productivity metrics • Private, distraction-free home work environment • Secure internet connection with download speeds greater than 20 Mbps and upload speeds greater than 10 Mbps • Must reside in the United States in an approved state • Eligibility to work in the U.S. • Successful employment history verification and background check • Full focus during scheduled work hours • Active participation on camera • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
