📋 Description

• Update patient accounts with information received from hospitals • Follow up with Contact Specialists • Access client connections and computer systems to obtain information needed to update accounts • Monitor requests to ensure they do not age beyond the required timeframe • Perform special projects or assigned tasks • Assist IT with resolving access issues • Provide high-level service to facilitate timely resolution of client accounts • Act as a liaison between claims representatives and providers

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing • Demonstrated high-level customer service skills for external and internal customers • Ability to work independently and follow through with minimal direction • Knowledge of or ability to learn client and Operations processes • Accurate work with strong attention to detail • Organization and prioritization skills • Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision • Working knowledge of Excel and Word required • Ability to gain proficiency with varied hospital databases • Eagerness to learn new technologies and internal applications • Strong computer navigation skills • Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously • Must reside in the United States in one of the listed states • Eligibility to work in the United States • Successful employment-history verification and background check • Ability to work with a quiet, distraction-free home environment • Secure internet connection with download speeds over 20 Mbps and upload speeds over 10 Mbps • Ability to accommodate workstation equipment and materials in the workspace • Ability to commit full attention during scheduled work hours • Active participation on camera
