📋 Description

• Update patient accounts with information received from hospitals • Follow up with Contact Specialist • Access client connections and computer systems to obtain information for account updates • Monitor requests to prevent them from aging beyond the required timeframe • Perform special projects or assigned tasks • Assist IT in resolving access issues • Act as a liaison between claims representatives and providers • Facilitate timely resolution of client accounts

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Working knowledge of Excel and Word • Ability to gain proficiency with varied hospital databases and internal applications • Strong computer navigation skills • Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously • Effective professional verbal and written communication • High level of customer service skills • Ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision • Ability to learn client and Operations processes • Accuracy and attention to detail • Organization and prioritization skills • Must reside in the United States in one of the listed states • Secure internet connection with download speeds over 20 Mbps and upload speeds over 10 Mbps • Eligibility to work in the United States • Successful background check
