📋 Description

• Conduct analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMarts using deep business subject-matter expertise • Generate analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities to drive business growth and value • Partner with business leaders to present insights and supporting collateral or presentations • Lead interpretation of complex business issues and identify opportunities addressing business or enterprise needs • Present recommended business actions using audience-appropriate visualizations and presentations • Serve as the primary interface between business teams and analytics/reporting functions • Provide business-domain expertise and context for analytics discovery and recommendations • Escalate data and process problems and recommend resolutions • Provide day-to-day analytics support and delivery • Synthesize complex information into actionable insights and strategy • Build business requirements and facilitate project execution • Collaborate with business partners on challenges and deliver fact-based analytical advice • Identify business growth use cases and value drivers • Gather analytics demand from business teams and coordinate fulfillment with the analytics hub • Explain anomalies and outliers identified during analysis • Train business users to integrate analytics into decisions • Develop analyses to corroborate proofs of concept and execute data requests accurately and promptly • Ensure operations comply with internal and external requirements • Lead or facilitate action and remediation plans for performance, risk, and governance issues • Manage relationships across business lines, corporate functions, control functions, and external stakeholders • Monitor emerging issues, trends, and regulatory requirements and assess impacts • Support risk management and control processes • Contribute to team development through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and best practices • Keep stakeholders informed about project and activity status

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred, e.g. math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science • Graduate degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience • Higher degree education and research tenure can be counted • Experience in Fircosoft Continuity application and operations preferred • Experience in transactions/payments screening preferred • Specialized business management and analytics knowledge • Ability to conduct analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMarts • Ability to generate and communicate analytical insights • Ability to create visualizations and presentations • Business requirements and analytics/reporting requirements translation • Quantitative and qualitative data interpretation methodologies • Knowledge of data capabilities • Ability to identify and investigate data/analytics-related issues • Ability to work within financial controls, segregation of duties, transaction approvals, and regulatory requirements • Ability to manage risk, governance, and remediation plans • Occasional domestic travel; no international travel
