📋 Description
• Regularly review processor performance and provide coaching and training to address gaps • Serve as a leader within the team environment • Act as the initial point of contact for team-member escalations and other issues • Collect and disseminate daily metrics • Respond to client, customer, and internal processing-related inquiries professionally, thoroughly, and promptly • Field and resolve escalated internal inquiries from other departments • Provide feedback and suggestions to leadership on improving operational procedures and processes • Collaborate in planning and strategy sessions using continuous improvement methodologies • Partner with outside vendor and subcontractor organizations as needed • Work on internal project assignments as needed • Assist the Supervisor/Manager with other assigned tasks and duties • Oversee the office and team when the supervisor is out of the office • Process events as needed
