📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer acceptance. • Source qualified healthcare professionals using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels. • Review applications and identify suitable candidates. • Conduct phone and virtual interviews. • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers. • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs. • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals. • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. • Monitor post-placement success and contribute to improving candidate retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter, preferably within the healthcare industry. • Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing platforms. • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
