📋 Description

• Manage RFA’s financial reporting processes under the supervision of the Controller • Perform monthly accounting activities for domestic and international locations, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, fixed asset analysis, benefit allocations, accruals, prepaids, and General Ledger review • Process monthly sales and use tax returns and remit payments • Complete daily bank reconciliations for domestic and international locations • Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules; review capitalization and book monthly depreciation • Post corporate card expenses and payroll to the General Ledger • Assist with year-end closing, account verification, transaction posting, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution • Assist with annual external audits and prepare requested materials and audit schedules • Perform balance sheet and income statement flux analysis • Partner with the Controller to design reports and dashboards reflecting performance metrics • Collaborate across departments with company staff, C-level professionals, management, vendors, and clients • Provide thoughtful recommendations while handling a diverse workload

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or a closely related field • High degree of integrity, including ability to handle sensitive or confidential information • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Power BI), with advanced knowledge of Excel • Ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to take ownership of work product with minimal upfront guidance
