📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Head of Operations • Act as second-in-command to the Head of Operations and backfill Plant Managers as needed • Drive financial and operational KPIs across North America • Leverage AI, analytics, dashboards, and visual tools to enable insight-driven decisions • Lead Operational Excellence initiatives using Lean, Engineering, and Project Management methodologies • Translate ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions • Support budgeting, monthly performance reviews, and variance mitigation • Coordinate strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions • Influence cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive sustainable improvements • Champion change management and culture-building aligned to a 100% Safe Everywhere mindset • Represent RHI Magnesita North America at internal and external forums

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment • Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and teams without direct authority • Solid financial acumen, including budgets, capex, and operational cost drivers
