📋 Description

• Work hands-on and train the team with the process given to us by our client • Supervise crews in your area with direction from our client • Make sure all team leads and co-workers follow Brandpoint procedures for reporting on hotels and staffing issues • Handle issues with staff at stores and any hotel issues that arise after hours • 100% travel at times • Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive bending for up to 12 hours a day • Able to pull, push, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout your scheduled shift • Weekend availability

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years in retail resets, merchandising, or related skill set in this industry • Dollar General experience extremely helpfully • Must have computer skills including Email, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and camera • Experience managing multiple projects within a region and managing crews during reset/remodels while meeting completion expectations and maintaining work quality • Must have a background in using basic hand tools • Must have a valid driver’s license • Have your reliable transportation (not shared) • Must be able to safely climb ladders up to 20 feet high • Must be able to understand and be able to operate a forklift • Experience installing Lozier, Maddix, and millwork and reading Planograms
