📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and corporate positions within the Fixtures & Merchandising Division. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels. • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely hiring decisions. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified installers, merchandisers, and project support personnel nationwide. • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system. • Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms. • Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Develop recruiting strategies to support rapid project staffing requirements. • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to management. • Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and forecast hiring demands.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience. • Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
