📋 Description

• Own and manage the end-to-end operational process for Rhythm’s programs, starting with the Battery Program and expanding to future product launches • Manage the installer process from assignment through Permission to Operate (PTO) • Coordinate with installation partners to keep projects moving and resolve issues • Manage system enrollment into Kinergy, Rhythm’s battery management platform • Identify operational bottlenecks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities • Build repeatable workflows, documentation, and operating processes for future product launches • Build and manage relationships with installation partners, equipment manufacturers, utilities, local permitting authorities, distributors, and other external partners • Support permitting and approval processes with utility partners and permitting authorities • Manage the equipment distributor relationship, including payment and delivery coordination • Drive issues through resolution across internal and external stakeholders • Monitor fleet health and system status to ensure batteries are online and operating as expected • Investigate and resolve system issues with equipment manufacturers and installers • Monitor battery scheduling within Kinergy according to VPP and Portfolio strategy • Support accurate, complete, and timely Demand Response reporting • Collect, monitor, and communicate program KPIs • Use operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities • Provide data and reporting for Sales and other business needs • Partner with Product, Program, VPP, Portfolio, Sales, and other teams to maintain visibility into performance and priorities • Communicate across teams and partners to maintain momentum and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management, vendor management, partner management, operations, or a related function • Experience working within the Texas retail energy market • Experience working with distributed energy resources (DERs) such as batteries, generators, EVs, or other demand response technologies • Demonstrated experience managing external partners, vendors, or other third-party relationships • Strong program and project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and professional maturity • Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset in a fast-moving environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with permitting, interconnection, utility approvals, or Permission to Operate processes is nice to have • Experience supporting battery, VPP, Demand Response, or other DER programs is nice to have • Experience monitoring distributed asset or fleet performance is nice to have • Training or enablement experience is nice to have • Experience using AI tools to improve operational workflows, analysis, or productivity is nice to have
