📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operational management for an assigned book of PBM clients, including client touchbases, inquiry tracking, issue logs, escalations, and client satisfaction against contractual commitments • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client inquiries • Co-lead and facilitate client meetings, including quarterly and annual business reviews • Partner with the Implementation team during new client onboarding and transition to ongoing client management • Gather and manage client requirements for annual open enrollment, including benefit changes and customized plan configurations • Facilitate client-facing webinars, benefit fairs, and employee education sessions on Rightway’s PBM solution • Travel to client sites for open enrollment events as required • Identify operational trends and issues and implement corrective and preventative measures with internal operations teams and vendor partners • Monitor client deliverables against contractual obligations, surface risks, and ensure timely and accurate delivery • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that standardize client operations and improve processes and production • Support Rightway partners by interpreting plan design, researching inquiries, and troubleshooting claims, benefit, and enrollment issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required • 5-8 years in pharmacy operations • Detail-oriented • Consultative and presentation skills • Excellent communication and organization skills • Ability to bring stakeholders together to identify solutions to challenges • Solid client management skills • Pharmacy benefit knowledge • Effective and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and manage through change • Ability to lead projects and influence others without direct reporting-line ownership • Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Slides • Master’s Degree preferred
