📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate and close a wide variety of commercial contracts with the company’s clients, strategic partners and vendors • Work closely with business partners in Sales, Finance, Ethics & Compliance, Intellectual Property, Service Delivery and other teams within Rimini Street to successfully close transactions in a manner consistent with the company’s policies and best interests • Provide other legal services and advice to the company as needed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a commercial transactions attorney in private practice, in-house, or preferably a mix of both • Exceptional written and verbal communications abilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Sound judgment and decision-making • Ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Experience supporting an internal sales organization and commercial deal process • Experience advising on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other emerging technology issues in the context of commercial transactions, technology contracting, or product counseling • Experience handling intellectual property and technology-related issues • Experience working for a tech or tech-adjacent company • Graduate of an accredited American law school and currently licensed to practice law in the employee’s state of residence
