📋 Description

• Manage business-critical SaaS implementations for new and existing clients • Maintain, track, and update project status, budgets, and resources • Manage schedules and project logistics • Serve as the main liaison and quarterback for customers • Drive meetings, communication, status, and budget discussions at all levels of customer organizations and Riskonnect • Complete projects that deliver intended business value for customers • Manage project budgets and timelines • Create a collaborative environment for team members • Lead projects within the Professional Services team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 3+ years in a project management role • Demonstrated experience translating work into business value for the organization or customer • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills • Skilled in managing priorities and working under pressure amid change • Ability to adjust and work efficiently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
