📋 Description

• Provide services to a diverse demographic of patients, averaging 50 patients per week or approximately 8–12 per day • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management • Develop personalized treatment plans • Deliver care via a telehealth platform • Offer guidance to peers and supervisors • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings • Exemplify Rivia Mind’s values and collaborative approach • Potentially grow into supervisory or leadership roles • Contribute to clinical training initiatives and quality improvement projects • Work within a multidisciplinary team of 160+ mental health professionals while retaining psychiatric decision-making authority • Report to the Medical Director; supervisees: none

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school • Completed a Psychiatry residency program, including diverse rotations such as Primary Care • Active and in good standing Medical Doctor license in at least one of: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts • Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine and a DEA number for at least one approved state • Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry • Proven experience and desire to support Psychotherapy treatment • Experience with psychotherapy modalities such as CBT or DBT • Experience working with patients in an outpatient setting • Telehealth/telemedicine experience • Ability to prescribe medications • Ability to document concurrently within patient sessions • Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills • Patient education and diagnosis/treatment planning skills • Proficiency with Google Suite, company-wide platforms/software, and EHR platforms when applicable • Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude • Interest in growing into a Supervisory/Leadership role • Primary residence in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, or Texas • Authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship unavailable
