📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of high-value and/or complex client accounts as the senior strategic partner • Hold accountability for overall client satisfaction, retention, and revenue performance across the portfolio • Set the strategic vision for each account and align digital programs to client mission and business goals • Lead senior client presentations, annual reviews, and strategic planning sessions • Develop integrated digital strategies spanning email, CRO, digital media, texting, and emerging channels • Provide perspectives on digital trends, audience behavior, and technology • Lead budget development, multi-year projections, and financial reporting at the account level • Directly manage Managers and/or Sr. Managers, including coaching, performance feedback, and career development support • Build team capacity and ensure high standards of work quality across accounts • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and team culture • Optimize internal workflows and cross-functional delivery with Pod Managers and department leads • Identify systemic issues and drive solutions • Establish and refine best practices, templates, and tools for the Digital Experience team • Support pitches, proposals, and scoping for prospective digital clients • Identify and develop organic growth opportunities within existing accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred • 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with significant agency account management experience • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-channel digital programs and managing client portfolios • Experience managing and developing direct reports • Strong executive presence and communication skills; ability to present and influence at senior levels • Deep knowledge of digital channels including email, paid media, CRO, and texting • No sponsorships available for this position
