📋 Description

• Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to scale teams and create a seamless candidate experience • Advocate for the Talent Team and provide an exceptional experience for internal and external stakeholders • Manage Ro’s interview and conference room calendars • Schedule a high volume of phone, Google Meet, and onsite interviews • Manage full-cycle communication from initial candidate outreach through the interview process • Engage candidates with regular, friendly, and timely updates • Post and update job postings in Lever, Ro’s Applicant Tracking System • Plan candidate travel for onsite interviews • Greet candidates and ensure conference rooms are properly set up • Assist with ad-hoc Talent Team projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams • Experience with Google Suite preferred • Exceptional writing and communication skills • Ability to work with a spectrum of personalities • Ability to manage a high volume of candidates effectively • Interest in a career in Talent Acquisition • Process-driven problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities • Passion for candidate experience and Ro’s mission • Empathy and understanding of the challenges of interviewing • Experience with Lever or another ATS preferred
