📋 Description

• Define and scale the Financial Innovation and Intelligence capability within FP&A • Lead, coach, and develop Finance Analytics Solutions Partners • Set goals, priorities, and development plans for team members • Own the FI&I job family, including role expectations, career progression, hiring, and succession planning • Establish analytical standards, documentation, operating rhythms, and scalable ways of working • Foster predictive models, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and enterprise financial models • Support forecasting, trend analysis, and analysis of drivers such as billing days, fringe, and Protiviti burden rates • Ensure consistent analytics methodologies across regions and business units • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the finance organization • Lead cross-functional process-improvement initiatives and implement best-in-class financial practices • Integrate real-time data into financial models and decision-making frameworks • Identify and lead automation opportunities for manual reporting and analysis • Partner with FD&A, IT, and Data Governance to ensure trusted, well-defined data • Lead automation and process-improvement initiatives that increase accuracy and efficiency • Manage preparation and presentation of quarterly enterprise forecasts, annual enterprise budgets, and monthly financial reports • Oversee KPIs, variance analysis, functional performance reporting, and sophisticated financial models • Oversee information for external disclosures, earnings releases, investor scripts, and management reporting • Provide analytical support to executive management during quarterly earnings cycles • Improve FP&A tools, data analytics capabilities, and delivery of timely financial insights • Build relationships across the global Robert Half CFO organization • Manage financial due diligence for strategic initiatives and provide recommendations to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field • MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis • At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role • Strong executive presence and storytelling ability • Ability to translate complex financial, operational, and analytical concepts into executive-ready insights and recommendations • Ability to align financial strategies with business objectives • Exceptional communication skills and ability to drive collaboration across teams • Experience scaling a finance analytics, BI, or FP&A innovation capability • Experience developing career frameworks or analytics talent pipelines • Deep understanding of financial systems, data architecture, and advanced financial analytics tools • Proficiency in DOMO, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or similar financial management and data visualization tools • Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML or generative-AI solutions in finance workflows • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R • Ability to guide technical work and translate business needs into scalable solutions • Demonstrated excellence with data validation, quality standards, and review discipline under time-sensitive deadlines • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, foster innovation, and drive operational excellence • Ability to apply industry-specific financial metrics to drive business results • Strong understanding of economic and geopolitical factors impacting FP&A • Experience operating in a large, global, matrixed enterprise • Staffing or professional-services industry experience is a plus • CPA, CFA, or CMA certifications are highly preferred • Successful completion of a background check is required • Must be eligible to work for Robert Half; employment is contingent upon background-check completion
