📋 Description

• Lead creative kickoffs for all major projects, owning the brief, aligning expectations, and setting creative direction • Manage day-to-day digital ad production across net new assets, iterations, resizes, and variations • Evaluate and improve creative workflows, briefs, templates, and tool configurations • Test emerging AI technologies and translate learnings into project-delivery improvements • Research, test, and roll out project-management and automation tools • Create and maintain asset operations, including Notion and Airtable tickets, version tracking, and Dropbox folder architecture • Scale ad production pipelines while managing change in fast-paced environments • Own quality control and asset integrity, including uploads, naming conventions, and programming queue assignments • Deliver high-performance marketing ads under tight deadlines • Partner with legal on asset review and approval tracking • Track and report KPIs including on-time and in-full delivery, revision time, and stakeholder satisfaction • Build playbooks and standards documenting learnings and elevating creative operations • Support project management for new product campaign launches from concept through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environment • A natural cross-functional collaborator who knows how to consolidate competing feedback and align stakeholders without losing momentum • Embraces innovation and continuous learning; interested in exploring how AI can optimize project delivery, timelines, and team collaboration • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong instincts around quality assurance, naming conventions, and asset management • Proficient with PM tools such as Airtable, Notion, Wrike, Monday, Jira, or Asana • Calm under deadline pressure with strong risk management and communication skills • Thinks strategically beyond task execution—proactively identifying opportunities to work smarter and elevate team collaboration
