📋 Description

• Handle inbound chat and email inquiries from members • Develop, maintain, and execute processes delivering key services across chat and email channels • Prioritize multiple queues and manage daily workflow for quick, efficient resolution • Resolve unique situations and improve workflows for new or uncommon issues • Ensure positive member experiences through active listening, de-escalation, and follow-up • Communicate complex financial topics clearly and confidently in writing

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in personal finance and desire to help others succeed in managing their money • Excellent written communication • Empathy and de-escalation skills • Strong communication across real-time chat, email follow-up, and internal notes • Proactive problem-solving ability • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and manage chat and email queues • Willingness to take initiative, learn, and continuously improve • Prior chat and/or email-based customer service experience in a B2C tech or financial services company is a plus
